SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Production and delivery time for made to order items are 20-25 working days. Ready products will be shipped within 2 business days. Once the parcel will be dispatched you will be notified.
DUTIES & TAXES:
Items are shipped from Pakistan, stated as 'Samples'. Any duties or taxes which may occur during the shipment, are payable by the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Customized orders are non-refundable. However, they could be exchanged, only if the customer finds it not as per the listing description. For exchange, kindly contact us within 7 days. Exchange item will be dispatched after the receipt of the original item. Buyer has to pay for the return.
